Conditions of Entry

Help us create a positive environment by cheering for your friends or family, and respecting all staff, officials, and members of the community by adhering to the following Conditions of Entry:

  • Inclusion of every person regardless of race, age, culture, religion, gender, ability level, or sexual orientation
  • Always showing respect to staff and other users of the facility
  • Violence and abusive behaviour will not be tolerated. This may include intimidation and/or harassment
  • The reservation of courts/rings is prohibited without a booking with Mildura Sporting Precinct (MSP)
  • Always follow the direction of staff, including:
    • Leaving the facility in a timely manner before closing times
    • Vacating the courts when asked to do so
  • Wear adequate clothing including a shirt and correct footwear. Dress shoes are not permitted
  • No food or drinks on the playing surfaces in the stadium
  • Please keep to your allocated booking time
  • Emergency exits are to be kept closed at all times
  • Staff withhold the right to evict a stadium user if they deem it necessary
  • Children under the age of 12 must be actively supervised by a parent, guardian or responsible person aged 16 or older at all times while within the Mildura Sporting Precinct, including in all public areas, change rooms and sports playing spaces.
  • Children aged 12 and older may attend the Mildura Sporting Precinct unsupervised at the discretion of Precinct Management, provided they can follow staff directions, engage safely in age-appropriate activities, and comply with all MSP rules and policies. MSP reserves the right to contact a parent or guardian and require immediate collection if a child is found to be:
    • Under 12 years and unattended
    • Displaying unsafe behaviour, or
    • Unable to care for themselves independently while unsupervised

These terms and conditions may be altered at any time by Precinct Management to accommodate bookings as required and covered under the relevant agreements with hirer.
