Designed for all fitness levels, ages and abilities. All of our Rec Sports run in short series of 6-8 Weeks and are mixed gender competitions.

Perfect for anyone who:

  • Wants to get involved but is new to sport after a long break
  • Wants to play for fun without committing to training as well as a game each week
  • Enjoys a less competitive, more social sporting environment

Each series will begin with a Basic Skills and Practice week, where participants get to re-visit the rules, practice skills as well as get to know their team members.
