Terms and Conditions

The promoter is Mildura Sporting Precinct, 684 Deakin Avenue, Mildura VIC 3500.
Mildura Rural City Council and Mildura Sporting Precinct, employees and their immediate families, are ineligible to win the prize on offer.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter. Entry can only be made via tagging a small business on the competition post from 2 July 2025.
Multiple entries are allowed.
Businesses can tag themselves, and can be tagged by their own employees, associates or members of the public.
Only businesses situated within Mildura Rural City Council Local Government Area are eligible.
Entries will open on 2 July 2025 and close 4pm 30 July 2025. No entries will be permitted outside of these dates.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The prize will be randomly selected at the conclusion of the competition and the winner will be announced via Mildura Sporting Precinct Facebook page.
The winner will be contacted via the social media account that was tagged in the winning comment. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim their prize within 14 days of notification, Mildura Sporting Precinct reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize will be: Four (4) hours function room hire & regular clean at Mildura Sporting Precinct. The function room in question is at the choice of the winner, subject to availability, and must be used to host a business-related event (training session, conference, Christmas party/social club event etc) and does not include any additional rooms or function add-ons. Cleaning for additional rooms will be charged at normal prices.
The prize must be redeemed by close of business on 31 December 2025.
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
The winners agree to the use of their name and photograph in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian privacy laws and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing the following address: reception@mildurasportingprecinct.com.au.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or any other social network. You are providing your information to Mildura Sporting Precinct and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with Mildura Sporting Precinct’s Privacy and Data Collection Policy which can be found at www.mildura.vic.gov.au/Privacy.
Mildura Rural City Council shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
Mildura Rural City Council also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
